Street address, and for properties out toward the county line, a landmark helps. Long gravel or unpaved driveways are fine — we just want to know in advance, especially after a heavy spring rain when low-lying ground near the canals or the Merrimack River can hold water. If there's no driveway, say so on the call.

Household contents, roofing, mixed construction, concrete, brush — and flag anything regulated, like tires, batteries or refrigerant-bearing appliances, so we can route it correctly instead of loading it in with everything else.

Driveway, side yard, street or jobsite. Mention slope, soft ground, low branches, overhead lines and septic lids. Placement entirely on your own property usually doesn't need a permit; a street placement usually does — check with your town and tell us what they say. If any digging is planned near the spot, call Dig Safe (811) first.

When you need it
Same day, tomorrow morning, a set date, or right after a storm clears — and roughly how long you want to keep it. Extensions are easy, but planning ahead is cheaper.

What information do you need when I call?
Four things, and the call takes about two minutes: the delivery address, roughly what you're throwing away, where you want the container to sit, and when you need it. If you're unsure about the size, describe the pile and we will size it. A photo of the driveway helps if the placement is tight.
Do you serve my town?
We cover Lowell and all of Middlesex County — Chelmsford, Tewksbury, Dracut, Westford, Billerica and Tyngsborough among them — plus New Hampshire towns just across the state line, including Nashua, Pelham, Hudson, Windham, Salem and Londonderry. Just outside that? Call anyway — we can usually make it work.
What are your hours?
Mon–Sat 7:00am – 7:00pm. Deliveries and collections run through the working day, and Sunday drops can be arranged in advance for jobs that need them. Ring outside hours and you can leave your address on a message — we'll call back first thing.
Can I text or email instead of calling?
You can email info@lwldumpsterrentallowell.com and we'll reply, but the phone is far quicker for anything time-sensitive. Sizing a container is a conversation — two questions on a call usually settles what three emails will not. For same-day delivery, always ring.
Is there a charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free, given over the phone, and flat rather than an estimate that moves later. We'll also tell you when a smaller container does the job, which is the opposite of what a commission-driven sales line does.
